Short version: This site helps you compare disc golf prices. We don't sell anything — retailers do. We link out to them. Prices, stock, and shipping are only as accurate as the retailer's own data we pull in.
AllDiscGolf.com is a price-comparison and discovery service for disc golf equipment. We aggregate listings from third-party retailers and present them in one searchable interface. We are not a retailer — we do not hold inventory, process payments from customers, or ship products. When you click "Visit shop" or "Buy →", you leave our site and complete your purchase on the retailer's own website under their terms.
We do our best to keep prices, availability, shipping cost estimates, and product data accurate, but:
AllDiscGolf makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information shown. Always confirm with the retailer before buying.
Any purchase, return, warranty, dispute, or communication about an order is strictly between you and the retailer. AllDiscGolf is not a party to the transaction and cannot refund, exchange, or mediate orders. Refund, return, and shipping policies are the retailer's — check their site before ordering.
We may block IPs or sessions that violate these rules without notice.
Product images, names, and descriptions belong to the retailers and manufacturers who originated them. AllDiscGolf's aggregation, interface design, and accumulated metadata belong to AllDiscGolf.com. You may link to individual disc pages and share results; you may not republish the data in bulk.
Some retailers pay AllDiscGolf per outbound click (CPC) or through other affiliate arrangements. This does NOT affect which retailer appears first for a given disc — cheapest always wins, regardless of payment. CPC-enabled retailers may appear in the "Top Box" promoted area at the top of search results; we label this explicitly as promoted. Nothing hidden.
The service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. We may take the site down for maintenance or discontinue it entirely with reasonable notice posted here.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, AllDiscGolf is not liable for any damages arising from use of the site, including inaccurate prices, wrong shipping estimates, failed orders placed with retailers, or other issues downstream of the click-through. Your contract is with the retailer; pursue remedies with them.
Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Short version: minimal collection, no ads, no third-party trackers, analytics only after explicit consent.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable EU consumer protection law. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic; EU consumers retain their mandatory right to bring claims in the courts of their own country of residence.
